The Lighthouse Insurance program for Domino’s Franchisee’s provides franchise owners with exceptional insurance coverage competitively priced in addition to Value Added services designed to reduce the franchise owners administrative expense. These Value Added services include:
- MVR tracking and reporting ensuring franchise compliance with carrier requirements
- Delivery Driver automobile certificate of insurance tracking and reporting ensuring franchise compliance with Domino’s requirements
- Insurance information books for all store locations providing managers with an easy to read/follow instruction for reporting of claims and ordering MVR’s
- Claims procedure placards outlining claim reporting procedures and local occupational health clinic to use to minimize workers’ compensation claim costs
- Workers’ Compensation experience modification review, analysis and management

If you have access to and are able to forward copies of your current insurance policies, please do NOT fill out the insurance applications at this time. Complete the applications only if you are not providing us with a copy of your policies. Upon receipt of the necessary information via fax, email or regular mail, we will provide you with a Total Cost of Risk Proposal.
